LSMW Dump - Syntax error in program "/1CADMC/SAP_LSMW_CONV_00000018".

Hi, In LSMW, I am getting a Dump Error, this dump is generating before 'Convert Data' step in LSMW

Can anyone help me to solve this Dump ? attached the selection screen parameters and dump screenshot for reference.
