Hello...
On trying to print preview a document, we notice that the company logo does not get printed at the top for only one user.
We have tried in several other systems, issue does not occur.
We checked SE78 and the logo does exist in their system. So, not sure what the issue is.
Can someone weigh in?
Note that only one user is facing the issue. Works fine on all other systems. So, it is not a form/logo issue.

What kind of document is it - smartform, Adobe, SAPScript?

Did you test every possible combination with just one varying item each time?

  • same document
  • same system
  • same language
  • same SAP user ID
  • same laptop

We have tried all except for using one of our IDs on their laptop.

The issue is resolved...
Apparently, there was a small role that got deleted automatically.

So, make sure all roles are updated and correctly assigned to the user by the Basis team.
