Issue on Data Retrieval - HR Report

HI,

I have a report to extract details of employees for Canadian pension. I am using the LDB PNP in selction screen for data retrieval.

My issue is whenever i enter the particular PERNR in selction screen with other selction screen parameter'si am able to retrieve data. but when i remove the PERNR alone from the selection screen and executing with the other parameter's i am unable to get the output.

Can anyone provide some solution for this issue?.

Hi,

Please check if there is any validation as pernr-pernr is not initial in your Z program.

Thanks for the info. But i am not using any condition like that. Because it can able to retrieve few pernrs.

if PERNR have no range option....

and if you won't give any input in PERNR...it won't fetch any thing..

If PERNR have range option...

and if you won't give any inputs it will fetch all PERNRs...

you are right. but the report is picking few pernr's and omitting few active and valid pernr's when pernr field is left empty in selection screen. Kindly provide some other solution.

I think picking records contains no PIRNR No...Right?
