iOS 15.8.2 Appgyver conflict.

I have a user on iOS 15.8.2 that can't access the app. Every time he clicks on the app icon, the app appears and then disappears in 2 seconds. It seems to be a problem with iOS 15 I think.

I have tried this on 2 different phones running iOS 15.8.2.
A iPhone 6 plus and iPhone 7 plus. Same issue.

Do you know of any solutions for this?
