Hi All,
I’ve recently encountered an issue with SAP Build Work Zone, and I wanted to share my experience while seeking assistance in resolving it. While trying to access my application, I consistently receive an Internal Server Error, which prevents me from interacting with my app altogether.
I’ve double-checked the configuration and backend settings, but the problem persists. It seems to be originating from the server-side, which is outside my immediate control. Considering the importance of seamless access to SAP Build Work Zone for business-critical operations, I kindly request help in identifying and resolving this issue.
If anyone has encountered a similar error or has insights into troubleshooting this problem, please share your suggestions. I appreciate any support or guidance as this issue is significantly impacting productivity.
When I click on any one of the apps, I receive this error.

Hi All,
I am facing the similar issue with build apps in my trail account, even I did not use any backend service, only some UI elements are there. Kindly help on this.

@preeti_anandkar @madhav15 you can try enabling SAP Cloud Identity Services - Identity Authentication in your SAP Build Work Zone. Go to your Work Zone's Site Manager - Settings > Identity Authentication tab > tick the checkbox to consent on switch, and click the Enable button to confirm.
