Hello Experts,

Please Find the attached images.

How Standard Function modules/Classes return Logon language as 'E' when used in Programs But as 'EN' when executed in se37/SE24 IN SAP ABAP.

Can anyone explain how the Internal and external Conversions are made for SY-LANGU?

Display SYST structure in SE11, then look for field LANGU and double-click on data element to navigate to domain, then look at the domain for conversion-exit.

Also browse online help for conversion exit or external/internal formatting of data.

Length of SY-Langu is 1 Character but Visible Length is 2. Check Domain SYLANGU for your understanding...
