Incident creation through the interface between FRUN and ServiceNow

Hello,

Can someone help me with the following use case and tell me how I can do this?

UseCases:

1. if a monitor goes up in FRUN, an incident should be created in ServiceNow.

2. if an incident has a maintenance window in ServiceNow, the corresponding monitors should be muted in FRUN. When the maintenance window ends, the monitors shall be unmuted.
