I can't download SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP Developer Edition 7.52 SP04

Hi, i'm student about abap programing.

I have problem. I want download "sap netweaver as abap developer edition 7.52 sp04" in my PC.

Homepage show this issue. I find other questions and read and try many times.

But i don't recieve e-mail. what should i do?
