I can't download SAP ABAP Developer Edition SP04

^{I'm trying to download SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP Developer Edition 7.52 SP04 from developers.sap.com/trials-downloads.html . But I can't because I get the error "Sorry, Unfortunately a technical error occurred when processing your request. Please try again." everytime. I searched, I found the same problem in Q&A and I tried every solution like using vpn, another browser, another account, disable adblocker and even another device but I still can't. That's very important to me, is there any way that I can download these parts and licence?}

I'm from Turkey.
