How to Update Fields VBAK-MTLAUR and VBUK-UVK01 using BAPI

Hi experts,

My requirement is to update VBAK-MTLAUR and VBUK-UVK01 through BAPI. I tried using 'BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE' but i cant find the matching fields in any of the tables in BAPI.

Please let me Know through which table in BAPI we have to update these fields.
