How to identify smtp_to function where used in Jobs.

Is there a way to identify where the smpt_to function is called from in every project/job in the local object library? I need to create a report that list all the jobs in Data Services Local Library that is using smpt_to, plus the string value of the function or the global variable and the job name where the function is called from.
