How to identify Customizing TR of Fiori app

Hello All, we have Fiori apps for custom T-code using Sementic Objects and catelog IDs.

We have T-code, Catelog and Fiori apps.

Is there any way to check which TR is assigned to Fiori app? Like we have Version management in SAP.

We want to identify TR from Catelog ID.

Whst is the link between WDY_CONF_USERT-DESCRIPTION and TR table ?

Please help me if any one knows
