How to hide payment transactions tab in BP transaction for only 4 users

Hello experts,

In BP transaction I need to hide the payment transactions tab for only 4 users( except 4 users other can see this tab). My system version is 1809 latest. Please suggest any authorization object to achieve this requirement thanks in advance.
