How to display custom message on iview/portal for phap_admin_pa tcode

Hi Experts,

I have created a custom error message for appraisal tcode PHAP_ADMIN_PA using BADI. It is working perfectly fine in ECC. But the same message is not coming after creation of portal iview of same tcode.

How we can display same message for the portal iview? Is we need to enable some configuration or different coding required to display same message for portal as well.
