How to disable FS00 tranasaction when user click change ?

I want to disable FS00 transaction when user clicks on change .how to do it?any event or baid or exit?

When user clicks "change" in what screen of what transaction? What means "disable FS00", what should exactly happen when user clicks "change"?

Thanks for your reply.

in generall user clicks change,that time all fields gets enabled .please refer below screen shots.

But my requirement is ,some condition user clicks change button that time idont want to enable screen with all fields and tabs or want to raise one error blocking message .

So ididnt get any badi and user exists for change.Can you please help us how to do it.
