How to Bypass the Approval Pop-up

But I Don't want any compromise with the security so I have created a program use that as SUBMIT program so now it is bypassing that dialog.

You mean, to not have the upload file security popup, you don't upload file.

Said generically: if an action generates a problem, don't do the action, and the problem won't happen.
