Do we have screen Exits or any enhancement technique to add new field in F-47

For Advance payment process, its not possible, But please refer below link to add custom fields.

To add fields on FI items, usual answer is: Perform some seach on 'coding block' (forums, online help and Customizing) as well as 'field status'.
