1)Run the T-CODE: SEPM_DG_OIA_NEW
2) Run the T-CODE: STC01-->TASKLIST SAP_BASIS_EPM_OIA_CONFIG
Looking in the Content of HDB in the hana modeler with user "System" the package sap-bc-emp-oi is there, maybe is not mapped in the schema of ABAP, the tasklist is missing too.
Its not urgent, please stay safe.
