Is it working as same as transection "ABUMN" ?

or is there any function module or BAPIs that i can use for transfer the assets in R/3

No, I haven't.

But why do you want to use this BAPI?

This is still declared "for internal use only" in my system (4.6B) and assigned to a BO in the Accounting Interface.

Why don't you use BAPI_ASSET_ACQUISITION_POST and, if you have to create an asset master before, BAPI_FIXEDASSET_CREATE1?
