How to access the ABAP AI capabilities

You can subscribe to ABAP AI capabilities for no charge until September 15, 2025. This offer is available to developers licensed for SAP BTP ABAP Environment and SAP S/4HANA Cloud, pubic edition (developer user).

Thanks. Yes, but in public could we can programing ABAP in BTP ABAP environment and directly on the stack. My question is if its possible to use Joule in on stack option.
