If your a developer all you have to do is:
1. Check your program, it should be error free. I suggest to run the code inspector .
2. Release the transport from SE10.
That's it, after that it should be processed by your Basis team

Hi,
For Transport you need to USE the T-Codes
SE09: Transport Organizer
STMS: Transport Management System
Hope above will solve out your problem,

Hi,
You dont have to do anything at the database level, you just need to do is release the transport request and pass on that request number to basis people and they will trasport it to the required system.

Hi,
You no need to do anything at the DB level.
release the transport request in SE10. Then BASIS team will do the process.

Once the transport set up is done by basis people you just need
to release the request from se09 and send it to basis people or
transport it directly using STMS transaction.

Hello,
All ready the landscape is designed at the blueprint level.
Release activites of the transport will take the path as indicated in the Landscape.
Go to STMS , Tcode : SE09/SE10 and release the transport order.
No need to do anything at the database level by us. It will proceed as per the landscape design.
Thanks.

once , your coding is complete in developement. you would need to move the Transport Request to quality.
you dont need to handle it on DB level.
