When our team wanna log on to a very old ias server, but no one has access permission. How to find the one who has the permission or add a new admin to manage the ias server?

There is a way to check this, it might require "S" user authorization:

Thanks for your help. One of the admins has reset his password successfully so this problem is solved. BTW, the address can't open successfully, it return a 500 error to me.
