In order to create condition records, Can anyone share the FM/BAPI for uploading the data into above mentioned transaction codes

Tried by using the above BAPI as well. But, even though passing mandatory parameters to this BAPI it is not returning anything in export section.

So, Could you please share the input parameters for this BAPI ?
