Hi All,

while print preview for PO using tcode ME23N, getting a error.

'Version USERNAME incompatible with version used. '

print preview is for Email (external send ).

does anyone have any information about this?

I debug the smart form FM and came to know this is coming because of FM 'SSFCOMP_OPEN'

Regards

Navdeep

Hi All,

got the solution : error is because of node unavailability on INT/SMTP server .

issue resolved after maintaining email id on these servers.
