Hi ,

I have installed eclipse and getting the followng error

Logon to system NSP failed (System NSP does not support Eclipse-based ABAP Development Tools)

I think it is because ICM is not enabled on server

Hello,

what version of ABAP Application Server are you using? For Eclipse you should have AS ABAP of SAP NetWeaver 7.31/7.03 SP04.

And also check this document and a blog post

Kind regards

I ma using the below trial version of SAP

ABAP_Trial_7_02_SP11_Win_64_bit_Version_3

Then it is older then specified 7.03 and that is probably reason of your error message.

Try to install newer one. You can use for example this manual

Kind regards

Hi Ashok,

The error is coming because of the system specifications. For Eclipse you should have AS ABAP of SAP NetWeaver 7.03/7.31 SP4 and above. Please ask basis consultant to upgrade the system.

Hope this will help you.
