Email Not triggered with RSNASTSO SAPOFFICE_AUFRUF_VX

Hi All,

I have created a new Z output type Partner fn ER to trigger a mail when delivery block is set for sale order and Assigned RSNASTSO Form SAPOFFICE_AUFRUF_VX in nace .When delivery block is set Output is triggerd and showing status success but mail is not triggered in SOST.

Is there any additional Config i am missing?Please guide.

You say "mail is not triggered in SOST", do you mean that the email is there in SOST, but is not sent immediately?

No, Mail is not there in SOST.I do see other Z output types using Simple mail and Routine SAPOFFICE_AUFRUF_VX is available in SOST.

Do you see anything in emails with status "Sent", email trace, table NAST, SM13 update errors, ST22, authorization trace/checks?

I can see the entry in NAST with Success status ,No SM13 fails.But found this In email trace i could see Recipient as USR**with user name(0023 PROCESS_INTERN_RECS) ,Process stopped at 0119 write_Data_to_db after that no logs .In Success case(Production) starts with ADR** with Mail id in the line(0021 PROCESS_EXTERN_RECS) .

Using same ER in partner Funtions ,Failed in QE1 but Production system works .
