Element info does not working in ADT Eclipse (2024-12)

Hello,

Currently, after updating to ADT Eclipse 2024-12,

I am facing an issue where I can no longer view Element Info.

 

These issues result in only a blank screen appearing instead of the expected Element Info display,

as shown below.

1) Missing Element Info in 'Code Editor Quick View' (F2) Popup

2) Missing Element Info in 'Code Completion' Popup

I have reinstalled Eclipse ADT multiple times, but I was unable to resolve this issue.

I would appreciate any advice or assistance you can provide.

Are you able to get the specific "window" for "ABAP Element info" in your IDE?
Via menu in ADT : Window => Show View => Other... => ABAP Element Info

Does that menu appear, and does that separate window work or is it also blank ...?

If your problem persists, can you consider re-installing / updating your ADT again for 2024-12 ...?

When all options are exhausted, I suggest you get in contact with some SAP-representatives such as "Julie Plummer" or "Thomas Fiedler" over this community ...
