Discount Percentages at Item level using ISM_SD_GET_PRICING_CONDITIONS

I am using FM: ISM_SD_GET_PRICING_CONDITIONS to retrieve Pricing Condition at Item Level. But it is giving KONV Table, which doesn't have Rate unit (currency, sales unit, or %) field.

I need to read RA00 condition type at Item level with unit. Ex 5 %. I am able to value 5 but the % unit. help me out with the same
