Create Custom tab in CC01/CC31

Dear Experts

Reference txn: CC01/CC31

Any pointers to how can we add a custom tab in Objects section of CC01/CC31? I have tried the user exits: PCCD0001 to PCCD0005 but these do not seem to satisfy the requirements.

PS. The question may seem to be naive, but I have already exhausted all options, including going through all user exits/ BADIs.
