Communication_failure 100 101

After I did some changes to this pdf form Z_.. and tried to activate I receive this error:

SOAP Runtime Exception: CSoapExceptionTransport :(100101)

In SE38 transaction, after executing the reports FP_PDF_TEST_00, FP_TEST_00, I get the same message: communication_failure 100 101

when I go to SM59 and run connection test : Connect to ... failed: NIECONN_REFUSED(-10)

I found this note: 1587941 which has this problem but it does not get solved.

According to the note

I try to go to : http://<server>:<port>/nwa for my system to set The attribute "enableSSL" must be set to "false" and it gives me another error:

Service cannot be reached.

This leads to this note: 0002650854

After following this note I am unable to find instance profile in folder

Please let me know if you have any suggestion.

You have to delete the port and host in

SICF -> execute -> Client -> Proxy-Setting
