Client independent table asking for transport request

I have created a client independent (without the mandt) field table .

However whenever i do some changes in SM30 for the data of the table it askes me a transport request.

Is there any way i can solve this.

You maintain via SM30 because you've generated a table maintenance. You need to regenerate the table maintenance and this time choose "No, or user, recording routine", instead of "Standard recording routine".

I believe changing the flag takes effect without regenerating the view.
