Changing Label Text according to language in Smartform

Greetings,

For the smart form I created, if the sy-langu is TR or AZ, I want to display the label fields printed on the screen in TR language, otherwise in EN language.

There is SE63 t-code but i did not understand. Can anyone help me ?

At least one SAP note and one blog post explain how it works. Please explain which procedure you are using and what you don't understand.
