Calculate tax exemption amount in BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST

Hi,

I am using standard bapi BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST for FB60, with vendor having withholding tax and exemption rate, but it is not calculating the withholding tax exemption amount. Please tell me the relevant field in the BAPI which is needed to calculate the withholding tax exemption amount .
