I am using BAPI_PO_CREATE to create PO. I am passing net price to the PO, but the net price value is become 0 in SAPLMEPO program POT structure. I dont know why it is not taking price value.
Please guide me.

You passed the net price in table poitem?
If yes, did you marked the filed NET_PRICE in table poitemx as 'X'?
