badi or exit for fb60 withhoding tax validation

I want to apply validation for FB60 Withholding tax determination, Is there any BADI or Exit while saving.

Did you find and look at the sample validation exit implementation described in note OSS 650827 - Extended withholding tax and validation, usage of FM FI_WT_GET_X_WITH_ITEM to perform custom checks.

NB: For India, and also some other countries,there are many recent notes to look for.
