Hi Naveen,

Once you generated new TMG, i don't think you will be able to retrieve old TMG. You can create same validations in new TMG.

Let's wait for experts opinion.

thanks pranay for quick reply,

i am also thinks that old TMG is not retrived but is if anyone has idea about this.

but i have some question that the first TR-188 is developed by someone and in

sub TR-189 i have changed TMG, is there anyway to retreive old TMG.

hi,

I think its not possible to retrieve the events of old tmg.You can only try to check the name of function group if it exists somewhere in sap but you cannot get the events.

I agree with both answers. You may simply identify and import the previous transport request to restore the last "version" of the TMD.

Imagine you created a Word document, did not save it and then made some changes. Now Undo will take you 5 or so mistakes back but beyond that it's not feasible to restore what was there before. It's what I believe is called "SOOL situation".

The same thing with the transports (except no Undo at all). If this is a new table and transport is still modifiable it's not possible to undo the changes. Just be more careful going forward.
