Arabic Smartform for Outlook Print issue

We have a program where we are attaching pdf smartform, for outlook email (until here everything is correct).

When we see the output in SOST tcode it is perfect, attachment showing perfect characters. while opening through outlook attachment the Arabic text jumbled-up. We are using Arial text format.

My question is that; why Arabic text disturbed when opens with oulook, while everything is correct until SOST.

My guess is that the two versions of the form you see are produced differently: you don't convert the smart form into PDF by custom program, you attach the smart form as is to your email (eventually the smart form is generated in batch and you defined an email in job recipient), so SOST displays it via the OTF preview, and it's converted internally by SAP into PDF only when you send it (SCOT settings).
