Exchange rate idoc message type: EXCHANGE_RATE is getting failed with idoc status: 51

message: "After comparing factors: Exchange rate ANG /EUR = 0 or is too great"

what could be the reason ?

Check/compare the data in

  • the IDOC (WE02 Display IDoc)
  • the Customizing for conversion factors (OBBS Define Translation Ratios for Currency Translation)

e.g. Forex rate is zero in IDOC data segment, or adjustment related to conversion factor trigger a rounding such as 0 or 999999999 .
