I need to change ROUTING Operation data in CA02, how can I do it? Which Bapi can I use to change it?

If you want to update the routing with BDC or BAPI then first you need unlock the routing.

In operation overview screen go to Extra--Reference--Unlock after that you will be able to edit the operation in routing.

Try if it works....
