Dear Community,

Few months ago we introduced the Environments in this article. We've just released a significant update with the support of the following artifacts:

  • Process
  • Decision
  • Forms
  • Visibility Scenario

What it means for you?

You can now deploy a project containing a process within a Shared Environment. Only users who have access to a specific environment can use it. You can leverage the "Execute" privilege for enhancing the security and visibility of deployed Forms and Processes.

Two tabs have been added within the Control Tower > Environments for accessing Visibility Scenarios and Processes:

Shared ENvironment Update 2.pngAs explained before, now when deploying a new version, only the latest version will be seen as "active" within a Shared Environment. The behavior remains the same within the Public Environment.
