Hello everyone,

Welcome back to this month's installment of new and noteworthy on the SAP User Experience Community.

The SAP User Experience Community is a public community dedicated to the exchange of ideas and knowledge about design and user experience. The Community is for everyone interested in design and user experience, so join the conversation!

In Learn the basics about design and user experience:

• Nicole Windmann’s post, Accessibility and User Experience, summarizes key facts about accessibility at SAP, and provides links to further resources on accessibility that were previously published on the SAP Design Guild.
• Don’t miss this excellent post by interaction designer, Clare Johnson, Designing Tools for Software Development. In it, she talks about her personal experience designing the software applications used to develop and administer enterprise software.
• In my second interview with SAP employees in a variety of roles in the area of user experience and design, I talk to Eva Ruegenhagen, user researcher at SAP. Find out how Eva helps product teams to get high quality feedback from users and turn that into actionable improvements for the product.
