Mass Changes for Field Contents in J1id.

Hi All,

I checked lots of discussion about mass change of J1ID nothing come out regarding appropriate right answer,so i decide to write Doc regarding Mass change.

When we come across situation where I have maintained Wrong Data in Productive environment in J1ID here I need to change all the content where LSMW and BDC will not be appropriate help, therefore  sap has provide simple solution which will be un ware for some Person

Below shows J1id Material and Chapter Id Combination Screen where I have maintained No of Goods For Excise Invoice Multiple Goods Receipts, Single Credit which is wrong

How to change field content in single click, Now Select all Content by Clicking Select all Button Show in Below Image

Now go to edit field in menu bar select change field content as shown in below image

After selecting it a pop window will appear which Field selection content you need to change now select "No of Goods For Excise Invoice" as shown in Below Image

After Selecting No of Goods For Excise Invoice another pop window change field contents entry will show here u need to maintain 2 which is for Multiple Goods Receipts, Multiple Credits as shown in below image

Now click on replace now all entry is changed to Multiple Goods Receipts, Multiple Credits see below image

This way we can achieve without any time constraint and Recording methods this method can be done in all J1ID field content and also V_TCURR(OB08), Changing Purchase Group Content, Material Groups, cluster transaction and view maintenance transactions
