Anyone please explain about the table V_USERNAME. As per description it lists the active users in the system. Though I compared with another table USR02. But I couldn't find the meaning of Active users. V_USERNAME was not giving all "not locked" users list also..Pleas explain..

V_USERNAME is a standard SAP table available within R/3 SAP systems depending on your version and release level.
it is created when user is created.
Person number
Internal key for identifying a person in Business Address Services.
