User access review for Business roles

Hi Everyone,

We are on GRC 10.1 /SP7

When we do UAR  we select option of Business roles at the start of requesting "Generate UAR for Business Roles".

We are also getting Technical roles in the report along with the business roles. Client wants to see only Business roles not any Technical roles. Is there any way to restrict this to only Business roles.

Hi Mayank,

Please set the Parameter ID 4019 with Value=NO in your system & run the REPOSITORY SYNC JOB for connectors then re-test. You will get the desired results. Refer below screenshot,

Example 1, If Parameter ID 4019 = YES; both business roles & technical roles are shown in UAR:-

Example 2, IF Parameter ID 4019 = NO; only business roles are displayed in UAR (do remember to run REPOSITORY SYNC job after you change the 4019 parameter to 'NO' & then re-test):-
