SAP Screen Personas error

Hi,

We just installed Personas release 100 SP01 and performed the

configuration steps necessary. But when we acces the url and logon to

personas we get the following erre

Please check you connection and refresh your browser.

   I have attached the icm trace file. Any help to solve this issue would be appreciated.

Hi Anil,

Your log indicates silverlight integration issues.  Did you check these notes?

Note 1787341 - ABAP Interface Restgui

Thirumal,

          Note 1873720 says to go to Kernel patch 124 but it is not yet relased. We are on 721_EXT SP100.

          We did implement note 1787341 but it did not help.

Patch level 124 for the 7.21 kernel was released last week. It only updates the disp+work component - there are no pl124 versions of the other parts of the kernel. Are you sure it isn't available for your platform? You didn't say which platform you are using.

That said, I'm not sure the kernel patch will help. I suspect it is a configuration problem. Did you follow the steps suggested by ? What was the result?
