Hi,
We just installed Personas release 100 SP01 and performed the
configuration steps necessary. But when we acces the url and logon to
personas we get the following erre

A problem with network connectivity has been detected.
Please check you connection and refresh your browser.

I have attached the icm trace file. Any help to solve this issue would be appreciated.
Anil
Hi Anil,
You are most likely missing a configuration step.
1. Please check your configurations as mentioned in section 3.3 of Personas Configuration Guide.
Notice the values of CONNECTOR, Service.Uri and Server.Url.
2. Also, test the restgui setting and perform the test as mentioned in section 3.1.3 and 3.1.4.
3. Assign the System and Roles correctly (section 3.5)
If you still get the same error, please create a log as mentioned here

Hi Junge,
You can find the config guide @ http://help.sap.com/personas
It is also available in SMP from where you had downloaded personas.
OR, you can even reference the quick checklist blog here for installation/configuration:

Patch level 124 for the 7.21 kernel was released last week. It only updates the disp+work component - there are no pl124 versions of the other parts of the kernel. Are you sure it isn't available for your platform? You didn't say which platform you are using.
That said, I'm not sure the kernel patch will help. I suspect it is a configuration problem. Did you follow the steps suggested by ? What was the result?
Steve.
