PSS getting message “You can change your password only once a day”

Hello,

We trying to reset password from PSS multiple time in GRC 10.1 SP11 for connector system.

If user use the password make the productive one again user try to reset password on same day getting error as as you can change your password only once a day.

Kindly advice.

Hi Lakshmi , This is actually not an error but SAP Standard and is controlled by the parameter login/password_change_waittime and the default value is 1. That means a user cannot change his password more than once in a day. However there is no restriction for the administrator to change the user's password.So in such cases the administrator can help the user change his password. Regards Harsha
