Problems with MaxDB in "SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP 7.02 SP6 64-bit Trial"

I've tried install the "SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP 7.02 SP6 64-bit Trial" version in Windows 7 Ultimate x64, but in the "iinstall the database client" step occurs a error in SAP MaxDB installer (then abort the installation process):

Now I'm getting error in step 16 Import ABAP as follows

An error occurred while processing option SAP NetWeaver 7.0 including Enhancement Package 2 > SAP Application Server ABAP > MaxDB > Central System > Central System( Last error reported by the step :Assertion failed: in NW_ABAP_Import.stepPreconditions: Executable directory 'C:\usr\sap\NSP\SYS\exe\uc\NTAMD64' must exist). You can now:

Choose Retry to repeat the current step.

Choose Log Files to get more information about the error.

Stop the option and continue with it later.

Log files are written to C:\Program Files/sapinst_instdir/NW702/AS-ABAP/ADA/CENTRAL/.

the kernel directory C:\usr\sap\NSP\SYS\exe\uc\NTAMD64

does not exist?

Is this the case?

or does sapinst not find it?

please read your sapinst_dev.log file to find out the root cause.

Frontend Error messages are somehow harmonized and do not always reflect the technical cause.

Im installing the Windows 7 64 bit version of ABAP Trial

I proceeded and faced a message saying: Enter ABAP Database schema password.

I was expecting the trial version to also install MaxDB for me.

Well it didnt so I have proceeded to run the SDB setup file.

Now it fails because of the following... can anyone please help me ?

Requires = sqldbc >= 7.8.01.14

ERR: Invaid value for type string

ERR: Group SDB operators already exists

ERR: Service check failed

ERR: cannot open C:\windows\syswow64\drivers\etc\services to write: no such file or directory
