Notifications within GRC10

Hi,

I am having issues with receiving forward notifications from within GRC 10.  I have them working in our Dev environment but not in our Test environment.  The request when forwarded is actually working but the notification is not being sent.  When I review the MSMP debug logs - I don't see the "GRFNMW:Sending notifications for" line when the request has been forwarded.

Am I missing a piece of configuration?

Hi Jeanne,

Kindly use the notification recipient 'GRAC_CURRENT_APPROVERS' instead

of 'GRAC_OTHER_APPROVERS' for the notification event 'FORWARD.

Please review the sap notes-1608532 &1594895.
