Internal error when creating a new role

Hi All,

The below is the Internal error message when creating a new derive role through BRM in the derive role phase.

One thing I have noticed is that this error is when the role name exceeds the maximum length configured in the SPRO > GRC > AC > Role management > maintain role type settings > specify the maximum length of the role.

We are on GRC 10 SP16.

Plz give your inputs on the same.

Hi Arun,

Looking your error message are you already entered in contact with your Basis team for they check if the kernel is in the correct version?

Are you tried to extend the number of the characters in the SPRO configuration to check if the error continues?

Please, follow Baithi´s recommendation and insert a new print screen of the error for we think in more options to help you.

Hi Arun,

Are you trying to create derived roles using Organizational value maps which do not have any leading  Organizational level defined ?

Check 3025 parameter is set as YES?
